Eden

Child of eden head up high
Rays of light from the sky
Up and up your body lifts
conscious mind begins to shift
Feet are now off the ground
Mute surroundings, you hear no sound
A glimpse of heaven you receive
You’ll have to taste it to believe

The Baker

Sharp eyes hide stories untold
Programmed hands, nonstop mould
Warm dough, keep feeding unknowns
Warm soul, not just skin and bones ◆
